Transparency

Performance across all our companies should be shared in a positive and constructive manner. Performance dashboards should be shared with everyone so we all know how we are performing. 

Extraordinary

Our service and standards should be extraordinary at all times. Systems and processes should be designed to deliver an extraordinary experience. Our customers are the targets we which to buy – but as we acquire, it’s fundamental that portfolio companies deliver an extraordinary service to their customers. 

Optimistic

 As a company, we are positive about our future, and our ability to achieve our goals.

 

Belonging

Our teams feel they are part of a movement, part of a tribe. Our ESG goals are something to get behind and we can make a difference to our customers and the planet. Our team are proud of what they are going to accomplish and want to be able to deliver the extraordinary.

Our People are the most important aspect of our business. That’s easy to say, but less easy to do. In each of our companies every member of staff shares in our success by being part of our profit share programmes. We also encourage and support further education and pay for the development of all of our staff.
