Who are we?

We are a global acquisition and investment team based in Singapore and with offices in the UK and the US. We invest in small and mid-market enterprises and acquire between 60% and 100% of target companies.

We have specific interests in the following sectors:

• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
• Renewables
• Construction
• Mechanical and Electrical
• Education and Training
• Marketing and Sales

Our investment criteria is simple. We look for businesses in our target sectors who have an adequate asset base or cash-flow to support new debt, ideally making an EBIT of at least US $350,000. We look for companies with established teams who can continue post acquisition with strong support from our teams.

Our expertise is in promoting new sales through cutting edge marketing and sales systems to drive additional revenue

When we acquire though, we don't look to change culture, branding, people, or systems. We care about the legacy that owners have created:- we want to build on that legacy, not replace it. We work with existing teams to enhance their customer-facing operations and sales systems so that further growth is assured.
